What We Do
No status meetingrequired.
Consulting engagements go dark between meetings, and the only way to find out where things stand is to ask. Every PRIORA client gets a portal instead: what we are working on now, what is coming, what shipped, and an honest read on how each part of the engagement is going.
The problem
Consulting goes darkbetween meetings.
You sign an engagement, there is a kickoff, and then the only way to learn anything is to ask. So a weekly call gets scheduled whose real purpose is status, and both sides spend an hour on something a page could have answered.
Worse is what the silence does to trust. Six weeks in, a reasonable person starts wondering what they are paying for, and nobody has given them a way to check without it feeling like an accusation.
Every PRIORA client gets a portal on day one. What we are doing now, what is next, what shipped, and an honest read on how each part of the engagement is going.
What is in it
The whole engagement, on one login.
Roadmap in three columns
Now, soon and later. No Gantt chart and no invented dates. Each item can carry the full scoping plan behind it, including the success criteria we agreed, so the standard is written down before the work starts.
A changelog of what actually shipped
Every model, dashboard and fix, dated and described in plain language. Including the ones that turned out to be more complicated than expected, and why.
Health by department
Delivery pace, data reliability, backlog against capacity, adoption and open risks, scored per area. Worst signal wins, so a green overall never hides a red underneath it.
Recaps, contracts and invoices
Meeting notes and decisions, alongside the commercial paperwork and links to every asset we have delivered. Sign in with your work email; there is no password to manage.
The constraints we put on ourselves
A status page you cannotquietly rewrite is worth more.
There is no delete function in the portal. Not hidden behind a permission, not there at all. Every change is appended and logged, so the record of what we said, and when we said it, survives whether it flatters us or not.
The weekly digest works the same way. Every Monday you get a summary of what changed. If nothing changed, no email goes out, because an update that always arrives stops carrying information and starts being noise.
We built it this way for a straightforward reason. A transparency tool that we can edit after the fact is not a transparency tool.
What you get
Where it lives.
Included with every engagement, from the first week.
PRIORA Vault
Roadmap, changelog, meeting recaps, engagement health, contracts and invoices. Sign in with your work email, no password to manage.
What changed
How it works.
Now, soon, later
The roadmap is three columns and no Gantt chart. You can see what we are working on this month and what we are not, and say so before it gets built.
A weekly digest that stays quiet
Every Monday you get a summary of what changed. If nothing changed, no email goes out, so the update in your inbox is always worth the minute it takes.
Nothing can be deleted
There is no delete function, by design. Every change is appended and logged, so what was promised and when survives a change of staff on either side.
What else
This one rarely shows up alone.
