What we collect, and what we do not.

This covers priora.io. Client data we handle during an engagement, and data inside our products, are covered by their own agreements, and this page says where to find them.

In effect from September 24, 2026.

Who we are

PRIORA, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company at P.O. Box 1469, Grantham, NH 03753, United States. For anything on this page, write to support@priora.io.

What this page covers

This website, and the enquiries that come through it. Two things are covered elsewhere, because they run under different agreements.

  • Client data during an engagement. The pipelines and warehouses we build live in the client’s own accounts, under the client’s access controls. What we may do with that data is set by the engagement agreement. Our approach is described on the security page.
  • Data Cartel Cloud. Our subscription product has its own privacy policy and its own data processing agreement, at datacartel.io/privacy.

What the site collects

When you fill in the contact form: your name, company, email address, what you are enquiring about, and your message. We also record how you reached us, meaning the page you landed on, the site that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you followed. That is how we know which of our own efforts are worth continuing. The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which Google operates under its own privacy policy.

When you book a call: the booking page is run by Cal.com, and whatever you enter there goes to Cal.com and to us under their privacy policy.

When you simply read the site: our host records ordinary request logs, and we measure traffic as described below. We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect anything else.

Cookies and measurement

We use Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, to see which pages people read and which campaigns bring them. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only if you accept them in the banner, and your choice is remembered in your browser. You can change it by clearing that setting in your browser.

We also use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, which measure page performance and traffic without cookies and without identifying you individually.

Why we hold it

To answer you, and to run and improve a small business: replying to an enquiry, preparing for a call, understanding which marketing works, and keeping the site secure. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use enquiries to train machine learning models.

Who else sees it

The companies that run parts of this site for us, each for one job: Vercel hosts it, Resend delivers the email an enquiry becomes, Google provides Analytics, Tag Manager and reCAPTCHA, and Cal.com runs the booking page. Google Workspace holds the mailbox an enquiry lands in.

All of them are in the United States, so if you write to us from Europe or the United Kingdom your message is transferred there. We disclose personal information otherwise only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our mailbox and our records for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, because a buyer who comes back two years later expects us to remember them. Analytics data follows Google’s own retention settings. Ask us to delete your enquiry and we will.

Your rights

Write to support@priora.io and ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We answer within 30 days. If you are in Europe or the United Kingdom you can also complain to your data protection authority. If the data in question belongs to a client engagement or to a Data Cartel workspace, ask that organization first: they decide what happens to it, and we help them answer.

Children

This is a business site. It is not meant for children and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

When this changes we post the new version here with its date. The terms that govern working with us are on the Terms of Use page.
