PRIORA, LLC runs a consulting practice and sells software products. Each is governed by its own agreement. This page says which one applies, and covers the use of this website.

Who we are
PRIORA, LLC is a Delaware limited liability company, reachable at P.O. Box 1469, Grantham, NH 03753, United States, and at support@priora.io. References to “we” and “us” on this page mean that company.
Which agreement applies
We contract in three ways, and the right one for a given piece of work always takes precedence over this page.
- Consulting. Engagements run under a signed services agreement and a statement of work. Nothing on this website changes what those documents say, and nothing here is an offer to contract.
- Data Cartel Cloud. Our subscription product for in-house data teams is governed by its own terms and its own data processing agreement, published at datacartel.io/terms. Those terms are incorporated into this page by reference, and they are what a subscriber agrees to at checkout.
- The client portal. Clients of the consulting practice use a portal at vault.priora.io under their engagement agreement.
Using this website
The site is provided as it is, for information. We work to keep it accurate and we do not promise that it is complete, current, or available without interruption. Prices and descriptions published here can change.
The text, design, logos and graphics on this site belong to us, except where they belong to a client or a third party. You may read, quote and link to the site. You may not copy it wholesale, present it as your own, or use our name or marks to suggest a relationship that does not exist. Do not attempt to break, overload or probe the site, and do not use it to send anything unlawful.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to services we do not run, including our booking page. Those services have their own terms and their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and any dispute about them belongs in the state and federal courts located in New Hampshire. Where a signed agreement or a product’s own terms say otherwise, those documents govern.
Changes
We update this page when what it describes changes, and the date at the top always says when the current version took effect. Changes to a product’s terms are announced through that product, not here.
